The Office building locate primary entrances on Pennsylvania Avenue and Washington Circle. The building is radial in form, reinforcing the strong form of Washington Circle while still giving a clear front to Pennsylvania Avenue with secondary, lower, office bar extending partially down 22^nd Street. The character of the design is developed to give depth and sculptural relief in the façade, responding in a contemporary way to the richness and variety architecture.

Basaltite® stone has been chosen by the designer for main lobby flooring.
